Dr. Yi SiaDr Yi Sia is an enthusiastic endocrine and general surgeon. After obtaining her Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons at the beginning of 2019, she undertook two fellowships in endocrine and general surgery at Western Health and Northern Health in Melbourne.
She subsequently relocated to Oxford, UK for a third fellowship with the Endocrine Surgical Unit at Oxford University Hospitals, under the guidance and mentorship of Mr Radu Mihai, an eminent endocrine surgeon in the UK and Europe. It was at Oxford that she developed a keen interest in thyroidectomy for large retrosternal goitres, lateral neck dissection and retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy.
