Dr. William MacFaulGeneral and Endocrine Surgery
Dr. William MacFaulI am currently working as the Post Graduate Surgical Fellow at Northern Beaches Hospital, Sydney, with a specialist focus in General and Endocrine Surgery. I have recently completed two years of Fellowship training in the UK, including roles at Oxford University Hospitals and Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust. I undertook my General Surgical Training in New South Wales based at St Vincent's Hospital training network earning my FRACS in General Surgery in 2023.
I have a strong interest in both elective and emergency General Surgery complimented by a further interest in Endocrine Surgery. I am actively engaged in surgical education, holding formal teaching appointments at Macquarie University and previously at the University of Oxford and the University of New South Wales. I have undertaken a number of research projects leading to presentations at national and international Endocrine Surgical conferences in addition to contributions to an upcoming textbook chapter.
