Dr. Stephen Kinsey-TrotmanEndocrine Surgeon
Dr. Stephen Kinsey-TrotmanI am an Australian-trained general, breast and thyroid surgeon. I completed my medical degree at Flinders University in 2010. My general surgery training was completed in South Australia and I was awarded FRACS in 2021. I then completed five years of post-fellowship experience in tertiary hospital and academic settings. My first role was in acute and elective general surgery followed by two further years fellowship in breast and endocrine surgery at Lyell McEwin and Royal Hobart Hospitals. Between completing my fellowship years I commenced study towards a PhD in male breast cancer outcomes through Adelaide University and gained preliminary consultant experience as a general surgeon and visiting rural surgeon in both public and private settings. Upon my return to Adelaide my role has focused on providing surgical care to patients within the western suburbs.
