Dr. Roneil ParikhEndocrine Surgeon

Dr Parikh is a specialist Endocrine, Breast and General Surgeon practising in Sydney, with appointments at Concord Repatriation General Hospital and Strathfield Private Hospital.

He completed General Surgical training through the Liverpool and St George Hospitals network, obtaining Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2023. This was followed by a Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Prince of Wales Hospital, developing expertise across breast and endocrine surgery, oncoplastic breast surgery, head and neck surgery, and skin cancer and sarcoma surgery. He went on to complete a dedicated Breast and Endocrine Surgery Fellowship at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, consolidating experience in the management of breast cancer and benign breast disease, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, and adrenal pathology.

Most recently, Dr Parikh worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Endocrine Surgery at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, within a high-volume tertiary endocrine unit managing complex and re-operative thyroid and parathyroid disease as well as adrenal pathology — an experience that has shaped a particular interest in adrenal surgery and minimally invasive surgical approaches.

In 2026, Dr Parikh was awarded the Fellowship of the European Board of Surgery in Neck Endocrine and Adrenal Surgery (FEBS). He holds an academic appointment as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney and remains actively involved in surgical education, research and quality improvement.

Dr Parikh welcomes referrals for the assessment and management thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal conditions, as well as breast and general surgical conditions.
