Dr. Michael ReevesDr Michael Reeves is a general surgeon born and trained in New Zealand. He earned his FRACS in 2021 and has undertaken post-fellowship training at John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle, NSW, and the Northern Hospital in Melbourne before returning to New Zealand.
In addition to his expertise in endocrine surgery, Dr Reeves is passionate about rural surgery and surgical education. His subspecialty interests include acute general surgery, trauma care, and complex hernia repair.
